I liked that the property had a lounge area and the room was spacious. The reception staff are laidback (literally haha) but they were very hospitable. There is a bus that takes you from outside the hotel to the haram but when I went at fajr, it was full so opted to take a taxi. The reception staff said he could ask the driver to do another trip just for me- it was a very generous gesture

I dont recall as I was only there for one night. But it’s easy to get confused in the area as there are two with a similar name.

The staff were very friendly..Mr Abdulrahman was helpful and very informative..the room was clean

The Climate was a little bit laut but we could sleep on
