This beautiful Victorian home (130+ years) in the heart of Frankfort boasts an amazing front porch, back porch and glorious gardens, minutes from the beach at Lake Michigan and only a block from Downtown Frankfort. This is an old home that has many upgrades and has been a source of family joy for over two decades. The combined buildings - Robinson-Carlisle Home and the Robinson-Carlisle Loft have housed our 12-14 family members and extra guests for years. Full kitchen, two bathrooms, formal dining room and parlor as well as a sun room (perfect for kids to play in after a day on the beach), amazing front porch and grass on front/side yard, beautiful patio (shared) with a fire pit and grill available. Upstairs has two private bedrooms and one open space that easily sleeps four more guests. It is possible to sleep eight people in this home (w/ limited privacy). The main house, front porch, back patio, garage and hot tub areas are available. The back patio, garage and hot tub are all shared spaces - with other guests or the family.
