PARKING: This property does not have a designated parking spot however a large car park is a short 15 second walk from the entrance. Overnight and weekend parking is free, 4 hour paid parking 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. WIFI: Unlimited and complimentary, password will be provided on check in. HEATING & COOLING: The property features split system heating and cooling. MISC: With respect to our neighbors this property has a few rules: - Required age to book is 25 years of age. - No smoking or vaping inside this property. - Quiet times are 10:00pm to 8:00am. - We have a strict NO PARTIES POLICY, this includes Hens, Bucks, schoolies or events. - We welcome children but please note guests will need to climb a single stairwell to enter the apartment from the street, no baby gates are installed. - The windows in both bedrooms open up, there is no fly screen.
