The home is spread over three floors and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably in beds. The main floor has the newly renovated kitchen (with stainless appliances and everything you need to cook for large groups), multiple hang out spaces (including a living room, den and sunroom), dining room, half bathroom w/ laundry, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom next door. The second floor features three more bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed w/ ensuite private bathroom, another has 2 twin beds w/ ensuite private bathroom and one has a full bed. The third full bathroom is in the hallway. The third floor features two more bedrooms and a hallway half bathroom. One bedroom as a full bed and the other has 2 twin beds. (Please note, the third floor stairs are steep and the hallway ceilings are "Cape Cod Traditional" height, meaning our taller guests may need to stoop. Amenities include ductless AC throughout (including in all 6 bedrooms), smart streaming TVs, free Wi-Fi, off street parking for up to four cars and beach gear (including chairs, umbrellas and cooler).
