Lum's Cute and Cozy Cottage is ideally located between Asheville and Black Mountain, only 10 minutes to either town. You can hike the Blue Ridge mountains, visit the Biltmore House, and frequent one of dozens of breweries easily from this sweet cottage. Black Mountain was voted the prettiest small town in America by TripAdvisor in 2017 with its Southern hospitality. The highlight of Lum's cottage is a deck that overlooks the mountains when the leaves are changing colors in October and the trees are adorned with snow and icicles. For winter fun we are also 1 1/2 hours from snow ski resorts. This is pet friendly home, at this time we can only accommodate one dog under 50lbs with a $75 pet fee.
