Bedroom 1: Bedroom 1 features a zip and link bed which can be arranged as one king size or two singles depending on gust preference. It also features a double sofa bed which can be made up if more than 4 guests are staying. There is also a clothes rail and full length mirror available. Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 features a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe and full length mirror. A hair dryer and clothes steamer are kept inside the wardrobe and are available for use during your stay. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen features; Single oven with 4 ring hob Oven trays, pots, pans and utensils Microwave Toaster Kettle Full size fridge/freezer Washing machine Glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and cutlery. Complementary individually wrapped biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets are provided as a welcome gift to get you settled into your stay. Lounge / Dining Area: The kitchen, lounge and dining area are open plan. The kitchen is to the right side as you enter the Loft, and the lounge/dining area is to the left. Due to the quirky sloped ceilings in The Loft, the dining table can seat 2 people while tucked away or 4 people if pulled out slightly. The lounge features a sofa, arm chair and flat screen HD smart TV. Guests will be able to access any streaming services that they have an account with during their stay. Bathroom: The newly renovated bathroom features a large shower, toilet and sink area. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels are provided for use during your stay. WIFI: We have super fast fiberoptic wifi available for guests to use during their stay. Guests will have exclusive and unlimited access of the entire apartment during their stay. We operate a contactless self check-in process, but our friendly team will always be on hand to assist you with any queries you may have during your stay. We will be just a phone call or message away. Sheldon is conveniently located close to Birmingham Airport, The NEC, National Motorcycle Museum and Resorts World Arena. It is a short trip into Birmingham City Centre, Bullring and O2 Academy. Solihull Hospital, Heartlands Hospital, JLR Solihull and HS2 are also located nearby. Food & Shopping: There are a number of great family-run restaurants, take-aways and shops all within walking distance, as well as a pub and a number of chain stores and restaurants. Morrisons supermarket, B&M and M&S Food are conveniently located opposite the apartment. Public Transport: There are two bus stops within a few minutes walk, and busses run frequently to the NEC, Birmingham International Train Station and Birmingham Airport, Birmingham City Centre, Jaguar Land Rover, Solihull Hospital, Heartlands Hospital and Solihull Town centre. Parking: Roadside parking is available after 6pm. Alternative street parking is available nearby, or paid parking can be accessed at Morrisons or Travelodge opposite. Off-road parking is available outside the apartment, but there are restrictions in place. Parking is limited to 1hr maximum stay between 7am and 7pm Monday-Saturday. You are therefore able to park here overnight after 6pm until 7am Monday-Saturday or all day Sunday. Alternative parking is available in Morrisons car park opposite, which has 3 hours free parking and then paid parking options for longer stays, which can be prebooked using the yourparkingspace website. Roadside parking is also available on the side streets to the rear of the apartment The Loft is located up two flights of stairs and features a balustrade area which may not be suitable for young children or those with reduced mobility.
