A wonderful, calm place to stay with a beautiful dock surrounded by cypress. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

Keypad door lock on one of the exterior doors wouldn’t lock. We had to brace a chair under the door handle for security. The water never got hot—it got luke-warm at best—and there was very little water pressure. We contacted the owner who sent her cleaner to check on these issues but she wasn’t able to fix either of them. Relaxing and quiet spot. We enjoyed Caddo State Park and shopping the antique stores in the town of Jefferson about 25 minutes away.

Experience Caddo Lake at The Knee Knocker, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental in Karnack, Texas. Enjoy peaceful East Texas scenery from the back porch and a 160 foot walk dock surrounded by the beautiful cypress trees Caddo Lake is known for.

The home features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, open living and dining areas, and plenty of space to relax after a day of fishing, boating or exploring Caddo Lake. Enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor games, Starlink Wifi and peaceful nature setting. A community boat ramp is also available nearby.

Please note: Caddo Lake is a natural lake and water levels vary. Depending on conditions, the dock may be accessible by mud boat or may serve as a walk dock for enjoying the cypress trees, wildlife and surrounding nature.
