Guest Access: Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience. The Neighborhood: Darlinghurst is Sydney’s most artistic urban community with a vast range of cultural and music events, and the world-renowned entertainment and party strip has solid links and a rich history with Australia’s LGBTQIA community. Getting Around: Easy access to public transport, with limited street parking available. Other Things to Note: Located on level two. This is a heritage building with no lift access, not recommended for guests that cannot navigate stairs. AC is located in the bedroom area. Close to the Darlinghurst’s pubs and nightlife, may experience some noise. All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
