You'll love being situated on the 17th hole of the Country Club of The Rockies in a gated community, offering breathtaking views of the back bowls of Vail. It's an ideal place for skiers, anglers, and businesspeople seeking a serene retreat. Beaver Creek is the hidden gem of Colorado, with great slopes and fewer crowds. The Arrowhead subdivision is surrounded by little towns like Edwards and Avon, where you can find great shops and even better eateries - all just a short drive away. The free Arrowhead ski shuttle bus comes to the house when requested via an app. (It is a five-minute ride to the slopes!)You can also drive to nearby parking lots for free shuttles to Beaver Creek. And if you're up for a ski day in Vail, it's just 11 miles down the road. The interior boasts high-end furniture and artwork throughout. The light-filled great room has high vaulted ceilings, impressive mountain and golf course views, and a gorgeous gas fireplace. Spread out comfortably on the sofas and stream your favorite TV shows using your login credentials. If you are in a more relaxing mood, peruse a collection of books and curl up by the fireplace. An adjacent sunny den/office space includes a working desk, printer, TV, and full bathroom. This space can also be used as an additional bedroom. The chef's kitchen sports stainless steel appliances such as a French-door refrigerator, a wine fridge, a Ninja coffee maker, a built-in double oven, a gas stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For memorable meals, choose between an intimate breakfast room and a 10-seat dining room table. This level also features a mudroom and a primary suite with patio access, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in glass-enclosed steam shower and a jetted tub. The second floor has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The basement level boasts an entertaining game room/rec area with a smart TV for streaming shows, an extensive sofa, a second gas fireplace, a poker table with chips, and a pool table. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer and two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Additional amenities include baby supplies. As for outdoor living, this magnificent mountain retreat features a spacious patio area perfect for entertaining. There is an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and an uncovered hot tub. Spend your evenings soaking in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views. Snowshoes and sleds (for the kids) are provided - perfect for the hill in the backyard. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

our stay was incredible from start to finish. Kirsten was so warm and welcoming, and was communicative from start to finish. the home is immaculate and provides the perfect place for a large group to make forever memories. we enjoyed every second of our stay and hope to stay here again in the future. the steam shower, fireplace and heated floor mats leading to the hot tub are great bonuses. thank you!

Everything about our stay from booking the place to checking out was seamless. Kirsten is easy to work with and responds quickly to any inquiries. The view is priceless. The house was beautiful and the space was great for the 9 of us and spacious enough for more. We loved the large kitchen table to play games and separate family area downstairs for the younger crowd. The kitchen was well stocked with some staples. The hot tub was amazing for the legs after skiing hard all day. The beds were super comfy as well and the home had nice linens and towels. For those not familar with the Beaver Creek/Arrowhead area. The house is right around the corner from the Arrowhead Base which provide a lift to one of the best greens in Beaver Creek McCoy Park and also leads to lifts that will take you over to Beaver Creek Village. The Arrowhead shuttle is so easy to use and will pick you up and drop you off at the end of the driveway. You just want to make sure you undestand how to get back to the house if you stop for the day at Beaver Creek Village for the free chocolate chip cookies. You must go back to Arrowhead to get back to the house and that shuttle does end at 5:30pm. Thanks Kirsten. It was a great trip for all of us.

My daughter had a micro wedding and the house was perfect for all of the family to stay in. We didn't have time to plan skiing activities on this trip so we wanted a rental that specifically had other entertainment options. Kiersten and Jill's house had everything we needed with a pool table, poker table, games, and hot tub. We were even able to sled on the hills in the backyard. It was very clean and well stocked. Using the shuttle to the Beaver Creek Resort was easy too! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We would love to come back and stay again!

Accommodations are beautiful. Kirsten called first day to make sure we had everything we needed, and gave us her recommendations of things to do with the kids. First week of June is really quiet, which gave us all the time we wanted on the tennis and pickle ball courts.

Kiersten was a great host. I felt welcome in this beautiful home and my family loved it. The decor is great and lots of little things like condiments and spices and barware were so appreciated. Very spacious gorgeous house with lots of privacy as well as large family areas. Very clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms are upscale nice and lots of hot water! We took the bus from literally the end of the private driveway to Arrowhead/ Beaver creek. We spent 2 days on the back bowls at Vail. Which was a short drive. Great trip !! Great house great hosts….Thank you!!

The home was excellent. About a 10 min drive to Westin or Beaver creek base. Can take the shuttle to Arrowhead. Had 3 families there with plenty of room. Some mix up on the hot tub which was fixed towards the end of trip. So 4 stars on cleanliness. This is a one time event. The home is well designed for privacy for each family and has a very nice kitchen. The home is quiet and secluded to allow for great relaxation. The parking is a bit tricky since it is at the end of the block. Would highly recommend for groups up to 15. The host was extremely responsive and took care of things in a timely manner. Hope to return to this home in future trips to Beaver Creek. Get food supplies after checking in, there are alot of spices etc there already from prior guests. We left a few extras ourselves. I would recommend grocery shopping at Village Market in Edwards. Closer than CIty Market in Avon.

Beautiful house! It was truly the perfect house for our family gathering with plenty of room to accommodate our large group with ages ranging from 3 years old to 99! Great open layout, big kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking, an awesome game room downstairs and comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Kirsten was so easy to work with during the booking process and provided us with lots of information about activities, restaurants, etc. in the area. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great! We absolutely loved the house and the backyard was perfect for the kids to play in the snow. There was more than enough room for our party of 12. Highly recommended!
