No recreational vehicles, trailers, trailer homes, tow trucks, pop-up campers, mobile homes, boats, ATV, other All-Terrain vehicles or over-sized vehicles may be parked on or around the Unit as a result of the Short-Term Rental Use. All Short-Term Renters vehicles information to be provided to host, including but not limited to vehicle make, model, year, color and license plate state and number. All Renters contracting with the Short-Term rental are restricted and confirmed to be no less than Twenty-one (21) years of age. Written rental agreements are required and are filed with all Renters. Reasonable administrative policies are established related to the intake of tenants for the protection of the Property, its other occupants and the surrounding community. No loitering on and/or around the Unit (inside or out) allowed. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
