More information by the provider: The Hotel Astoria (now house Riverside) was completely renovated in 2022/23 and equipped with beautiful flats. The location of House Riverside is very central, it is only a 200m walk to the Alpin Express cable car. The village square with the church is also only a 5-minute walk away. Brand new and luxurious 4 bedroomed apartment in House Riverside, Saas-Fee. Located on the 2nd floor and overlooking the river with spectacular mountain views and luxury furniture, the apartment is only a 200m walk to the Alpine Express, the main Gondola in Saas-Fee. - Hotel Astoria (now House Riverside) was completely renovated in 2022/23 and equipped with beautiful apartments - The location of House Riverside is very central, only a 200m walk to the Alpine Express Gondola with the village square less than a 5-minute walk away - 4 bedrooms, with 4 high quality double beds (3 of which can be split into twin beds) - 3 very modern bathrooms (2 en-suites and one shared) with bathtub & walk in showers and automatic lights guiding you to the bathrooms - Spacious living area with wood fireplace and cosy reading nook with stunning views of the river and mountains - The living room is furnished in a beautiful, luxurious chalet chic style with lots of wood. The fireplace rounds off this chalet atmosphere just as perfectly as the reading nook with panoramic windows. - Next to the living room is the open and modern kitchen with high end kitchen appliances and wine fridge - 2 balconies with spectacular views (south and east facing) - Private washing machine & dryer in the apartment - Free Wi-Fi in the apartment with perfect coverage throughout apartment - Communal ski room with private ski locker and boot warmers Visitor's tax: Summer: CHF 7.00/day for adults, CHF 3.50/day for children (6 - 16 years). Winter: CHF 4.50/day for adults, CHF 2.25/day for children (6 - 16 years). All our guests receive the SaastalCard. The SaastalCard grants numerous attractive discounts like unlimited use of 8 of the 9 lifts in summer. In addition, the use of buses in the Saas Valley is free all year round. Bed-linen and towels are in the price included. The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, High chair, Tourist tax.
