If you came to Branson to actually experience Branson, Local Flavor puts you in a pretty great spot to do it.
Walk to Downtown Branson and Branson Landing. Catch a show. Find a local restaurant. Spend the morning fishing Lake Taneycomo. Head over to Silver Dollar City for the day. Then come back, turn on the fireplace and put your feet up.
Local Flavor is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with two king suites, elevator access, indoor and outdoor pools, and a location that makes exploring Branson easy.
And yes—the name is intentional. This condo has a little Branson personality of its own.

Traveling with another couple? This setup is hard to beat.
Both bedrooms have a king bed, private full bathroom and 45" Smart TV. Nobody gets the tiny bedroom. Nobody has to share a bathroom with the whole group.
For families, it also gives parents and kids a little separation when everyone is ready to call it a night.
Need another sleeping space? The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils and the everyday essentials you'll need if you're cooking at the condo.
And because vacation mornings require coffee, there's a dedicated Keurig coffee station.
The expandable dining table works for family meals, cards, games, puzzles or spreading out the Branson brochures and deciding what everyone wants to do next.

If you're coming to town for an event at the Branson Convention Center, the location is especially convenient.
BRING THE FISHING POLES
Branson isn't only shows and attractions.
Lake Taneycomo is right here, and guests have access to a fishing dock and boat launch.
Grab a cup of coffee and head down to the dock for a quiet morning before everyone else gets moving. Lake Taneycomo is well known for trout fishing and is one of our favorite ways to experience a completely different side of Branson.
A Missouri fishing license is required, so be sure to purchase one before fishing.
RAINY DAY? NO PROBLEM.
Local Flavor has access to a year-round indoor pool, which is a pretty nice backup plan when Missouri weather decides not to cooperate.
During the summer, there's also a seasonal outdoor pool open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

While this property is located near Branson Landing, to walk there you have to cross major roads and intersections that are narrow and congested, making walking there difficult. This property was very clean, however the 2 king size beds had the hardest mattress I have ever laid on. The pull out couch was also extremely uncomfortable. My family slept so poorly that we decided to leave early. I did give some 5 stars because the owner and property manager were wonderful to communicate with.
