It was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was relaxing. It had everything we needed.

The room itself was nice & spacious with comfortable bed, and the pool area offers lovely views. A special thank you to the team for arranging a thoughtful surprise for my wife’s birthday upon our prior request—that gesture was genuinely appreciated!
However, the property needs better maintenance and management. It rained during our stay, and not only was there water leaking in our bathroom, but the common seating area near the pool was left completely wet and untidy rather than being attended to. While the staff was polite enough, the service lacked the warmth and attentiveness. Having experienced exceptional warmth and hospitality at our other hotels, we simply expected more courtesy and friendliness. A decent property with great potential if they improve upkeep and customer care.
