The hotel room was clean, and in a really convenient location

No toilet roll in the hotel room. Could hear banging upstairs at 6am, shouting from around 8am

Location and friendly staff

Late check in although offered a place for luggage while we waited. Bad smell in some areas, damp bedding and would benefit from a living room area. No toilet roll and not enough crockery for the amount of ppl staying there. Just overall disappointing but can’t fault the staff.

Location.

Dirty entrance/hallway. Paint on carpets. Bits on apartment floor, in kitchen, not very clean bathroom. Dirty mouldy blinds. Everything really.

It was quiet and very helpful customer service, I liked it and whenever I get the chance would go there with the family

There was holes in the flooring in the kitchen there was paint and dirty marks all over the kitchen sides and cupboards, the apartment smelled like damp the paint was mouldy near the window, there was hairs on the bedding, the shower head was filthy and full of dirt, we had to book somewhere else as it was unstayable

We liked that it was a 3 double bedroom property and there was an oven and stove that gave us the option for cooking. We also liked the location with it only being less then 5 minutes walk from the attractions

The apartment wasn’t clean, the flooring in the kitchen had random rips in it. With it being a self check in there was no staff which we liked until we discovered we had no toilet paper. So had to go get some. The floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The insides of the cupboards were dirty and the toilet and shower looked questionable. There was also a fishy smell but that was sorted when we turned the diffusers on and opened the window. Only one tv worked with the remote the second bedrooms remote wasn’t working and the 3rd bedroom didn’t have a remote. There was also no signage that it was the harbour apartments and still had the sun hotel signage on the door.
