10/10. A wonderful, modern apartment with everything you need and an absolutely fantastic view from the balcony. We spent some unforgettable evenings there just enjoying the view.
Special thanks to our host, Pavo. We arrived earlier than expected and asked if we could leave our luggage before the apartment was ready. He replied immediately, met us and kindly arranged everything, which was very helpful for us.
A great stay from start to finish — highly recommended.

The apartment is great, super clean and modern. It feels like a home away from home. The view is lovely and the host is excellent, nothing was too much, a very warm welcome.
There is nothing what we don't like.
May some tips:
The apartment is very high up, if you don't have a car 'Taxi' will be your best friend unless you super fit. The garage is not suitable for large cars. The terrace is absolutely stunning however you can't really use it over the day (if temperature high) it's too hot. Umbrella or other sun protection would help here. In the morning and evening it's great.

The accommodation was well-fitted with equipment, the garage was easy to use, however, a bit tricky to enter. The host is very friendly and easy-going, he wants you to have a great time, so he helps with everything, if you are in need.
I do not think I had a bad experience with anything. I can fully recommend this apartman to anyone, who wants a premium experience of Dubrovnik, on a reasonable price.

El departamento está impecable y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Hay lavarropas ! Todo está perfecto y muy buena la limpieza. El anfitrión súper amable. Es un lugar para quedarse varias noches. AA perfecto. Cama muy buena. Balcón increíble.
Solo tener en cuenta que el departamento está sobre una colina, lo que implica bajar y subir caminando varios metros.
