Great restaurant - the food was superb and very large servings. The staff was friendly, the room was fine. Having a common area wheee we could have coffee in the morning was nice.
The hospitality staff was a bit clueless and unresponsive.
Our door didn’t lock. - and they couldn’t fix it.
The hot water for four rooms went out on Saturday night and initially the staff said that it couldn’t be fixed until Monday. I told them that was unacceptable and others complained as well, so they got it fixed by about 9 pm.
This was an expensive room, but the sheets were cheap.
