The apartment was beautiful and it was well equipped. You could also get there from Pile Gate without climbing a ton of stairs, which is a huge bonus in Dubrovnik. The a/c worked very well during a heat wave. Decor was nice. It was well located in the middle of the old town, so very easy to take breaks there, and close to food. There is a bakery (Mlinar) right around the corner for breakfast.
We had a bit of an issue finding the apartment. We’d only received a building address, not a specific apartment. After collecting the keys at a nearby hotel, we arrived at the building and had no idea which apartment was ours. We returned to the hotel, but the staff didn’t know either. She telephoned someone, and finally someone came and showed us to the apartment. The apartment had an issue with ants…there were a lot in the main living room/kitchen area. The biggest issue was the music keeping us awake. I’d read other reviews about the apartment being above a bar with live music, but I hoped it wouldn’t be an issue on a Sunday night. It was. There was very loud live music until at least 12:30 a.m. We stayed on our arrival day in Europe, so we were exhausted and wanted sleep.

Wonderful stay ! Right smack in Old Town . Wonderful restaurants around .. we enjoyed every single moment . Gave us respite after a day’s exploration . Very reasonable pricing ! Very clean modern functional .. it is worth it ! I’d book again and again !
People would think the bed by the living room is a but strange but it actually worked out better for each of us ! Our stay was so much fun
