The location was brilliant, off the Red Hills Rd near to my relatives, shops, transport and tourist attractions. Miss Charmaine who greeted us was exceptional. She left a good selection of snacks, cold water, ice cube, red stripe beer and soft drink in the fridge for our group of 4. She lives at the front of the property in a separate building. She was kind, friendly and made us feel at home. The property itself had two large rooms with AC, a nice little lounge which we hardly used because the outside area was perfect. The swimming pool was large and came to about waist height, I'm about 5ft 6 inches. So if you're a keen swimmer this pool wouldn't suit you. However, it was perfect for lounging. Whilst there, the pool cleaner came and also everyday Miss Charmaine would net out the leaves that were in the pool, if we hadn't already done so. There was a large outside grill/BBQ, which we didn't use. A lovely, sitting area with an outside fridge and sink. There was also an electronic basketball hoop game which I spent a lot of time on with my 8 year old grand nephew. The garden had Ackee trees, naseberry tree, banana and other fruits. Lastly the outside area has a shower and cabin style toilet, bide and wash hand basin.
We enjoyed our stay, nothing to complain about.

De accommodatie lag in een rustige buurt in de nabije omgeving van eetgelegenheden. Goed bed, slaapkamers met airco, heerlijk zwembad om nog even te ontspannen. Communicatie ging makkelijk en vlot. Parkeren kon op eigen terrein.
De deur van de badkamer ging iedereen keer open omdat het slotje/haakje niet werkte. Eigenaresse zou dit oplossen.

This is a great little place hosted by a lovely mother and son team. The location in uptown Kingston was really convenient for me as it was close to where I needed to be during my stay.
We arrived quite late and had to call out and toot the horn for Miss Charmaine to come out, but she was absolutely adorable and such a pleasure to meet. The property itself is very well thought out and had all the touches needed to make the stay comfortable, including mosquito netting throughout, which meant I did not get bitten at all.
The outdoor space was especially lovely, with a pool that I really enjoyed using in the mornings and a play area for children, making it feel very family friendly. Miss Charmaine also mentioned they are building a jerk area, which sounds like it will be a fantastic addition.
Inside, was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The rooms felt cosy and comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful facilities throughout. We were also greeted with cold Red Stripe beers and water in the fridge, which was such a nice touch after travelling.
Overall, this was a really good find and I would happily stay again
There were lots of small red ants in the bathroom, although I noticed this seemed quite common in several places during my stay in Jamaica. There was also a little confusion around payment, as I did not realise beforehand that payment needed to be made directly at the property rather than through Booking.com. It was a slight inconvenience at the time as it was an extra thing to think about after travelling, although luckily I was able to pay through PayPal. Aside from that, I genuinely enjoyed the stay and found the property very comfortable and welcoming.

Property was clean and quiet
The host refused to allow me to use the laundry area saying I had to be there four days and she was quite rude about it. She also hovered and watched us. She came to my room at 7 am and removed the key even though I had not indicated that I was ready to go. She also poured something in the pool and said we couldn’t use it. Beautiful place but this host made it unpleasant
