the place is good
room is in high standard

all that was good
paras the manager was good
and they cleaned my room even when I didn't asked them
they offered to do so while I was staying
lady cleaner was good

location is best ,friganj is a good neighborhood
only one serious problem
one of the workers was having very bad smell
or maybe 2 of them
he admitted to me when I asked him that he doesn't change clothes daily
his smell was so bad
I couldn't enter the elevator after he exit it
and when he came to the room his smell just stayed
that was truly bad and a ruin to my experience
I gace him a tip at the end but regretted it ,thinking that he will never learn to be better
he is a good person but with zero awareness to hygiene
I also humbly suggest, since the rain season is strong ,that they will put a wire to hang clothes under the roof at the top floor.

It was very clean and quiet. We loved the property as my elderly parents and I had comfortable stay here. Staff was polite, humble and helpful whenever asked for anything.
