This 4,000-square-foot wonder, nestled in the upscale and secluded Tides Edge cul-de-sac, faces south-facing Frisco beach, and the rear decks afford stunning sound and sunset views. Four main bedrooms include two private penthouse suites. The large great room has a wet bar and a large HDTV with surround sound. The first-floor sports bar has three TVs, a pool table, and a wet bar that opens to the gorgeous pool and hot tub. There are four enormous decks for the whole gang, plus three secluded decks perfect for snuggles or snoozing. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Cooking and cleanup are a snap with two refrigerators, a mini-fridge, two cooktops, two dishwashers, and two microwaves. This is truly a home for all seasons. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: No parking available. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
