Nestled in Carova Beach, this charming house for $1,015 per night is a great option for your next trip. If you are looking for an adventurous, oceanfront retreat experience, this is it! Sun King II offers the best of both worlds; a spacious and comfortable beach house in the untamed, 4x4 area of Carova Beach! Experience the Outer Banks the way people did years ago! No roads, no distractions, no complications - just miles of gorgeous coastline. This great home offers a wide-open, top-level design with panoramic views of the ocean. The house elevator stands ready on your arrival to help you move all your luggage, and groceries into the house. After you get settled in after your long ride, sit and relax on the top deck and take in the unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Then take a stroll to the dunetop gazebo and watch the waves roll in. Keep an eye out for wild horses or dolphins playing in the surf… be sure to bring your favorite drink for this timeout! Your first full vacation day is probably beach day so pack up the boogie boards, sunscreen, and of course… the cooler! Have a seat and take in a deep breath of the fresh ocean air and allow the stresses of life to melt away. After you had your fill of beach time, head back to the house for a dip in the pool and a nice relaxing session in the hot tub. The happy hour bell rings about now so... who’s making the margaritas? And when the appetite begins to peak, throw some food on the grill... everything always seems to taste better at the beach! And after a long day of activities, settle into your private bedroom suite, prop yourself up in the bed, and stream one of your favorite shows or movies. All bedrooms feature large screen Smart TVs! Hulu TV and WiFi services are provided. A family vacation at Sun King II will leave everyone feeling refreshed and content! The pristine northern beaches are a short walk out of your back door (approximately 50 feet). Carova is renowned for wide, clean beaches - some of the most beautiful on the OBX. Keep an eye out for wild horses grazing or dolphins playing in the surf! Private pool can be heated for a $450 fee per week. Bed and bath linens provided with beds made upon arrival. This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. Parking passes are required to park on the beach from April 29th to October 7th. This home is only accessible with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. All wheel drive vehicles are not capable of navigating the soft sand and off road beach driving conditions. Layout: Ground Level: King en suite with private bath, bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds, bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, full hall bath, recreation room with a Foosball table and a Smart TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and raised bar (seats 3), laundry room, access to the pool area. Mid Level: This level features 5 king en suites with private baths, laundry closet, deck access. Top Level: King en suite with jetted tub in the private bath with gas log fireplace, half bath, kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a refrigerator, and raised island bar (seats 4), 2 dining areas (each seat 8), great room with Smart TV, gas log fireplace and ocean views, loft area with seating, screened porch with ocean views, deck access with panoramic ocean views.
