Home away from home

Home away from home feel

The shower door lets water spill out to the toilet area. Couch was not as comfortable as before ( i stayed april 2023). Tv could be bigger.

the room has a strange smell, when i asked staff about it, they told me the smell is probably from the furniture. early morning, there is a loud sound from a school next door, loud speakers to wake up the hotel guests

Clean, comfortable and friendly accommodation in Ekkami

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

It was a bit of a walk to bts given the extreme heat during my stay. The shuttle service was excellent when I used it. The common kitchen lacked a few things. Tea making facilities in the room would be a great improvement. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant, but not ideal for a holiday vibe.

The staff were professional and helpful. Facilities were adequate , but the residence lacked any type of holiday vibe atmosphere.

Was more like a a business hotel. No var or drinks served.There was a small separate café which served nice coffee. Breakfast was paid for. The pool is small, but nice for a swim before breakfast when empty.

Definitely coming back

Everything was lovely. Sad we were so busy with friends and couldn't enjoy it more. Would definitely stay again.

Dryer took very long to dry our clothes. Wasn't clear how to use it

Excellent stay in a quiet soi

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The coffee machine in the common areas are a nice touch. Staff were pleasant and professional. Value for money for sure.

Accommodation is some distance from Ekkamai BTS station (~700m) in a quiet soi, so it might pose an issues for those with big luggages. Not a major issue.

Exceeding my expectations

The complimentary bus shuttle service and the tuk tuk to the BTS skyrail was a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and always welcoming. Very conscience about the environment with policy to change linen and towels when requested. The pool is great and the playground was handy for our little ones. The massage service is convenient and well priced.

The apartment was lacking in bowls and plates. Perhaps previous guests have broken them, but were never replaced. Location is far from the big malls and central Bangkok, but the free tuk tuk to and from the BTS helps a lot!!!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Bangkok

Located in Ekkamai, inside the quiet street, but still very close walk to the metro station. Everything was great, apartment has everything you need, cleaning was perfect. Nice pool, unfortunately it was too cold to swim. Tuk tuk service for free to bring you around. I would like to say special thank you to tuk tuk drivers and bell boys for treating my daughter like a queen, always helping us, being very friendly, giving her some biscuits. Every morning she was looking forward for tuk tuk ride :D Also special thanks to India, who is working at the front desk, she has great English comparing to her colleagues, really helpful.

The only complication is the communication with the reception, but again nothing new in Bangkok.

Great Staycation

Fitness and Pool were decent! our room had everything we needed. The door staff were all so welcoming all facilities were really clean!

staff who worked at the check in desk weren’t so welcoming. pool was ice cold- it doesn’t get much sun so perhaps heated pool?

close to BTS, also close to BigC

AC too loud, it was so annoy I have to turn it off to sleep. the way to BTS is not easy walking with suitcase, be careful when you walking in night!!! I fell down and got hurt:(
