The location. Close to Ekkamai stop. Relatively good value for money. Clean
Look I did expect more and thought I had found a gem. It was small room and nothing special considering price paid.
Went to bring clothes to get washed.. They don't have a laundry service. Had I been there with my family and needing baby clothes washed... It would have been complicated. Tv was rubbish and damaged.
