Amazing view to the old town!
You have to walk 20-25 minutes to go to the old town (up/downhill), other than that the appartment is great and it has an unmatchable view

Clean comfortable and well-equipped apartment with amazing view from the balcony. Dubrovnik and Sveti Jakov are in walking distance (for fit people).
There was nothing we did not like. However, be aware that for us the location was no problem but I would not recommend the apartment to my parents unfortunately (15 mins uphill of Dubrovnik and quite some stairs to the apartment).

This apartment exceeds any expectations because of its incredible million bucks view. The staff works diligently, supplying you with all you need and more. It's nice to find fresh water, some butter & jam, coffee, and tea on your arrival. It feels as a warm welcome to you personally. Highly recommended. Thank y'all 🙏

Fabulous modern clean spacious apartment with stunning views - easy check in and good communication
About 20mins walk into the Old Town along the coast road .
The 80 or so stairs but we knew about these when we booked and it was worth it for the view from our bedroom and balcony
