The location is great...but be warned, the apt is on 3rd floor and there's no elevator/ lift (though that is stated in the description). It's quite the huff to carry heavy luggages up.
The apt is spacious, the beds were comfy enough. It was a bit cold at night (a rainy., cold September night) and no way to warm the apt but there was 1 extra duvet for the 3 beds. There was coffee (instant but good), salt & pepper (no sugar), cutlery, cups, dishes etc.
We appreciated that we could leave our luggages at the apt before the proper check-in time, while the cleaning lady was working.so that we could start our sightseeing. Communication was prompt and the info for check-in etc was clear.
The bathroom needed extra cleaning in the corners and around the shower holder (lots of pink and black mold in the corners that unfortunately when you shower it can get wet and drip in your feet / skin!) . Every single cup in the cupboard was dirty. At least they had dishwashing liquid for me to clean. The place could do with a bit of a cheer up decorations/ some colour.
The hallway had a really weird and pretty awful smell but fortunately it didn't get into the apartment.

Extrêmement bruyant, comme dit dans les commentaires précédents. Aucune isolation phonique, situé sur grand axe avec beaucoup de circulation, sirènes, piétons bruyants la nuit

La ubicación y la limpieza del apartamento. El anfitrion muy dispuesto, agradable y servicial. Lo recomendamos.
Si tuviesemos que poner una pega es que el Wifi no tenia suficiente potencia para ver contenido en la Tv y esta tampoco tenia antena, asi que no la pudimos ver

A bit too basic and dated, bedding & towels bit done - couldn't get tv to work a few weeks ago essentials could have made it more comfy
