If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.** Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately. This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book. We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available. The Neighborhood: This home is located in Northwest Lubbock. It is within 7-9 minutes from Texas Tech Campus and is only a few minutes' drive to West Loop 289. Getting Around: Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services. Other Things to Note: Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee. This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking. Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We require 24 notice for early check out alterations. House Rules: - No pets! - No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages. - No smoking inside the property. - No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors. - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items. - If you break something, message us and let us know immediately. Interaction with Guests: Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door.
