Wake up to the lake view, wildlife. Enjoy the lush gardens that surround your little getaway. Easy walk for a night out to the Marina Bar & Grill where you can catch live music on the weekends, and rent or dock your boat. Other Things to Note: Due to the shallow water in front of the property, Guests are not permitted to drive on the lawn to unload or moor any large or motorized boats to/from the shore or dock. There are public access ramps that are available close by. Guests are not permitted to tie or dock motorized boats from the dock or raft. The Marina next door can host your boat. There are to be no extra guests on the property other than those sleeping in the house. RV and campers are not allowed on the property.
