This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2½-bath townhome offers a comfortable and convenient location just 1½–2 blocks from the beach and only 3 blocks from the 37th Street public fishing and crabbing dock. Renovated for the 2024 summer season, this home has been thoughtfully updated with new flooring, new living room and bedroom furniture, a new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and all-new bedding.
