Location was great.
Master bedroom needs some blackout blinds on windows. It's very bright in the mornings. Air conditioning in the facility bar/clubhouse was not working. It was very hot which made me opt. To go to another bar down the street.

The property was very close to the ocean and had a beautiful area with all the amenities we needed. It was very cozy and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.
When we arrived for check-in at 4 PM, we discovered that the apartment had not been cleaned. We called the manager, who said he would take care of the issue and sent a cleaner. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in until around 6 PM, which was very disappointing. We had just arrived after a long trip with a small child, and we also had a grocery delivery scheduled, but had nowhere to store the food while we waited.
The only solution offered to us was to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. Unfortunately, even after the cleaning, the apartment was still quite dirty, so we had to clean some areas ourselves.
Other than this issue at check-in, everything else was great throughout our stay.
