An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned - Bins are to be taken out on bin days - Caretakers live upstairs with separate access. - No car parking in the car-port (free off-street parking). - Stairs for access, not accessibility-friendly. - Fish tank in property, require guest/s to feed, as required.
