Upon entering this air-conditioned beauty, you are greeted by the large four-season sunroom featuring casement windows that flood the space with natural light and fresh air. Walk through the sliding glass doors to enter the home's main living area offering a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. Once mealtime is over, retreat to the living area where you can lounge to your heart's content while streaming entertaining shows and movies on the smart TV. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The staircase leads you up to the second floor where you will discover two additional bedrooms. As for outdoor living, the home boasts an extensive deck with multiple seating, offering a fantastic spot to take in the views and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Additional perks include an outdoor shower, high-speed WiFi, a stacked washer/dryer, and a gas grill. Things to Know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
