The location of the apartment is amazing. Right in the center of a really nice part of Playa, a stone's throw from the beach and close to a good supermarket and 5th Avenue. It is very large and was perfect for our group of 6 with every room having it's own ensuite. The pool is the highlight and we spent a lot of time relaxing by it. There is some night noise but really not that much and it didn't bother us.
It was a little hard to find at first. Instructions for the entrance could be better. You need to look for the large Marila sign on Calle Flamingos and that was not made clear. The car parking is only for one car. You need to use Street parking (of which there is plenty) if you have another car and it will cost 10 peso per hour between 10am and 10pm.
