Nestled in Sint Maarten, this attractive house for $88 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located in the French part, DV REAL PHILOXENIA is an exclusive address for your stay. Situated in Oyster Pond, in the northeast of the island, to ensure absolute tranquility and intimacy. This property with private parking is secured by barriers and cameras to guarantee your serenity. DV REAL PHILOXENIA has everything to please travelers looking for a peaceful setting. Let yourself be seduced by its unique assets in Saint Martin. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation At full height, you will benefit from a panoramic view of the islands and islets off the coast (St Barth, Anguilla, Pinel, Tintamarre, Green Cay...). The horizon view can be enjoyed from your private garden, terrace, or from your living room. Once night falls the peacefulness of the neighborhood will reward you by rocking you with the melody of the trade winds. By crossing the garden, you will reach the 40m3 pool, perfect for relaxing, swimming lanes or having fun with family and friends. During the day the view will take your breath away, at night you will appreciate admiring the stars. In the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, microwave, and all cooking utensils). The high table is ideal for eating and can also be used as a desk. You will also benefit from a very high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The living room has a TV with CanalSat and Netflix, which you will enjoy from the two-seater sofa bed. Access to the bedroom is from the bathroom or from the living room. It is equipped with a closet, a Queen size bed and an air conditioner. Upon your arrival the visitor's guide will be given to you giving you access to many good deals. Within a 5 minute radius you will find several restaurants, a mini-market offering pastries (croissants, chocolate croissants...), baguettes, a nice selection of wines and spirits. Within 15 minutes, you can access Philipsburg and many beaches and restaurants. We will be more than happy to welcome you, so do not hesitate and book :) PS: PHILOXENIA is a Greek word meaning love of strangers. This name was chosen because indeed it will be our pleasure to ensure your stay is unforgettable.
