The building is one block from the water's of Gulfport Beach Park on Boca Ciega Bay, as well as one block from Beach Blvd and Shore Blvd (Gulfport's two main drags, with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries). Gulfport is extremely walkable and is a lot of fun. The Williams Pier is also just a couple of blocks away. We are just close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle and avoid most of the noise from the bars.
