The town is extremely safe and there are tons of great places to view the Manhattan Skyline. There is absolutely no smoking inside of the apartment. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, Cigars, incense, other tobacco products and any other illicit substances. There will be a $500 fine imposed on anyone who breaks this rule to cover deep cleaning services of furniture, walls and any damages that resulted from smoke.
