Failure to adhere to these rules will lead to a penalty of $500.00, which will be debited from the credit card used for the booking. POLICIES: ▻ Early Check-In - If booking for today, we will have to check with our cleaning staff if we can accommodate the request. If booking for a future date, we will do our best to provide an early check-in, but the only way to guarantee one is to book the night before as well (if it is available) ▻ Luggage Drop - We can try to accommodate a luggage drop 30 minutes after the check-out time as long as we can work with the potential current guests and cleaners. Please remind us on the morning of your arrival. ▻ Late Check Out - If you inform us the day before, WE MAY be able to accommodate a late check-out up to 12 PM, but the only way to guarantee a late check-out is to book the night after. Late checkouts without advance notice will result in a fee of $50 per hour, and if you check out at 12 PM or later, you will be charged for a whole additional night.
