This is a 2 bedroom cozy character home in the heart of Kirkland with 2 king size beds. This is an upstairs unit with separate entry and all separate amenities. We have a long term tenant at the downstairs unit. They are very respectful to any guest who rents upstairs unit and we expect the same thing from our upstairs unit guest toward people downstairs. We kept the house very clean and get professionally clean before any guest check in. The location is great in the hearth of West of Market in Kirkland which is one of most south after neighborhood in Kirkland walking distance to downtown Kirkland, Beach, park, and restaurant!!
