Witam W apartamencie po kilku godzinach pobytu nie było internetu.Kontaktowalam się przez bookoig ale nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi.Nie wyobrażam sobie kolejnego pobytu w tym apartamencie bez internetu.Oczywiście korzystałam ze swojego internetu z telefonu.Pozdrawiam serdecznie.😊

Totalny brak szacunku do swoich gości

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i naprawdę nie ma się czego przyczepić. Nie rozumiem poprzednich opinii gdzie ktoś narzekał na np brak solniczki.

Absolutnie niedopuszczalnym jest to co przydarzyło się mnie. Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z właścicielem. Na moją wiadomość na kilka godzin przed przyjazdem, że będę o godzinie 15 ej ( tak jak właściciel sobie zażyczył check-in) nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Po moim przybyciu tuż przed 15stą wysłałam następną wiadomość, że stoję pod budynkiem. Zero odpowiedzi. O 15ej zadzwoniłam i nikt nie odebrał. Po 15-sto godzinnej podróży stałam pod blokiem zmęczona i zmarznięta i przekonana że padłam ofiarą oszustwa. Jestem osobą niepełnosprawną i kompletnie nie wiedziałam co mam ze sobą zrobić. Kiedy wypełniałam wniosek - reklamacje do booking odezwał się nagle łaskawie właściciel. Zero przeprosin czy próby wyjaśnienia sytuacji ( a mam wyrozumiałość wobec różnych przyczyn losowych) pisząc mi „ Zaraz wyślę kody do bramy” Nie tak wyobrażam sobie gościnę i profesjonalizm. To moja pierwsza negatywna opinia na booking i szczerze odradzam każdemu te miejsce. Stałam pod blokiem kompletnie zagubioną z atakiem paniki, że sobie nie poradzę z tą przeciwnością losu.
