Booking our vacation rental means you also agree to adhere to pool/spa and lake safety rules, no excessive loud noise, respect the neighbors and the home. Garage is not available for guest use. Social gathering okay, NO parties. You will be charged a cleaning fee upon booking our rental. Cleaners DO NOT wash dishes or pick up trash around the house. Please leave property neat and orderly or an excessive cleaning fee of $400 will be applied. If I discover a pet stayed at our home without approval and $100 pet fee submitted, you will be charged $200 If there are toys at BOTTOM of pool or unusual debris (trash) found in the pool, you will be assessed a pool cleaning fee of $200.
