This home is for peaceful living and great for walks in neighborhood with its many small park spaces, it's close to Downtown San Diego and attractions such as zoo and beaches which are approximately 15 mi. Shopping is easy access and the freeway within couple of miles. It's a pet friendly house with tile through out. I also try to maintain a healthy environment and don't use harsh chemicals inside or outside.
