Come relax on this back deck and you’ll feel like you’re atop of the trees. It feels like you are in the mountains. The view is beautiful!
12 minutes to downtown Leipers Fork-28 minutes to downtown Franklin- 27 minutes to downtown Columbia-45 minutes to downtown Nashville.
Please refrain from the backyard. The terrain is rather steep. We encourage you to enjoy the view from the deck.
Property is not pet friendly as we have 2 large dogs on the property and we worry about the safety of other animals.
There is a safety escape ladder on the back deck in case of an emergency.

Beautiful house! It was a great getaway for us! The home owners were fantastic! Had a little snafu with an appliance and they responded immediately and took care of it right away! Would highly recommend Ruth's Retreat!

Beautiful house! The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and some teas. There were plenty of dishes and cookware for us to cook whatever we wanted. We stocked the frelidgw and enjoyed meals at home the whole weekend.

Ruth’s Retreat was a fantastic find!! We were in town to visit our daughter in Nashville and wanted to get out of the city. The house was exactly what we needed- calm, serene countryside with modern luxuries! Casey is an excellent host and we were extremely comfortable. Will definitely be back!
