I love this place — it’s quiet, gets plenty of natural light, and everything is modern. There’s a big main area and 3 spacious bedrooms; the master has an en-suite bathroom. Watch movies (streaming and DVD collection), read books (plenty), play games (X Box or classic standup arcade); or get outside and play basketball in the backyard, have dinner on the back patio, or sip lemonade on the front porch. Fruit trees all around the house. Neighborhood is LITERALLY close to everything. Enjoy.
