About this house rental
Welcome to Sea La Vie, a spacious coastal cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a bonus loft area. Fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and smart TVs in every room. Just a few steps away from the community pool, and located only 5.6 miles from Rockport Beach and 15 minutes from the ferry to Port Aransas.
We like to give our guest their privacy. However we are local and less than 10 minutes away if you need anything.
Located in Rockport Cottage Company's south location on the southern end of Rockport. The community includes a walk in style community pool and grass courtyard.
You will have access to the entire cottage.
The entire cottage is for your use, shared community pool and court yard as well.

This cottage is conveniently located just 5.6 miles away from Rockport Beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and various water activities. Take a left right out of the community and follow it to the ferry for Port Aransas. About a 15 minute drive. The public boat ramp is only a mile away.

We stayed for a family fishing trip out of Port Aransas. Everyone enjoyed the place a lot. Very cozy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip ever to Rockport and this was the first time I have loved where we stayed at any place on the Texas coast! The condo was super clean, spacious, with the great amenity of the pool just steps from the door. The pool came in handy on our second day because the ocean was very warm and full of jellyfish. My only suggestion would be to have a larger couch or sectional so everyone could sit in the living area but we made it work. Thank you for a fantastic first experience in Rockport!

We spent the month of March at the Coastal Cottages. The cottage was exactly what was posted on line.
Very clean and tidy, warm and welcoming - everything you need and the little extra touches are great.
The cottage had a good central location for us to visit the surrounding areas of both Rockport and Port Aransas.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
