Si trova proprio nel cuore di Bari vecchia vicino alla chiesa di San Nicola.
Camera molto spaziosa accogliente e pulita. Il gestore molto disponibile e gentilissimo

der Check-in hat super funktioniert, wurde deutlich mit Videos beschrieben
sehr bemerkenswert war der liebe Kontakt zum Vermieter! sehr fürsorglich und zuvorkommend
tolle Lage, das Zimmer lag in mitten der Altstadt, war aber dennoch ruhig gelegen

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja w centrum ale kompletna cisza. Brak okna co ma swoje plusy bo po dniu zwiedzania, możesz wyspać się w ciszy i kompletnej ciemności. Klimatyzacja działała znakomicie. Wchodzisz do mieszkania i od razu czujesz chłód powietrza. Lodówka, kawa, kosmetyki do mycia wszystko na plus.
Proszę się nie zniechęcać klatka schodową bo mieszkanie wygląda jak na zdjęciach.

L'appartement est très bien situé au cœur de Bari Vecchia, à quelques pas de la basilique Saint-Nicolas et des principaux centres d'intérêt. Il est également propre, bien agencé et conforme aux photos.
Malheureusement, notre expérience a été fortement gâchée par un problème majeur à notre arrivée. En entrant dans le logement vers 22h, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait absolument aucune eau : ni au lavabo, ni à la douche, ni aux toilettes. Malgré nos messages, nous n'avons obtenu une réponse que tard dans la nuit, et la solution proposée n'a pas permis de rétablir l'eau. Celle-ci n'est revenue que le lendemain matin.
Nous comprenons qu'un incident technique puisse survenir, mais passer toute la première nuit sans accès à l'eau ni aux sanitaires est une situation difficilement acceptable pour un hébergement touristique. Nous regrettons également qu'aucune compensation n'ait été proposée par le propriétaire malgré le désagrément subi.
C'est d'autant plus regrettable que, sans cet incident, nous aurions probablement attribué une excellente appréciation à ce logement
L'absence totale d'eau (toilettes, lavabo, douche) toute la nuit et la solution inefficace donnée par Donata après nos deux messages d'alerte
