Location is great. Very close to the Quinta Avenida. If you rent a car it’s an easy drive to Tulum or cenotes, etc. The food is good though the specialty restaurants are limited relative to other properties. Entertainment good. Air conditioning works great. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed.
When we arrived and went to our room it was not cleaned properly. Someone had gone to the bathroom and not flushed. Gross. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and their response was to send someone to review the room. That was fine. I would have expected an offer of a credit or slight reduction to the bill but instead they gave us a ceramic trinket with a note saying sorry.

Si, nos gustó mucho!
Nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas pegadas cuando somos una pareja y una hija de 15 años. Si las separábamos perdíamos espacio en la habitación y el baño debería tener algo para darle más privacidad a lo que es el baño de la habitación.
También, el número de teléfono publicado en booking no sirve. Quisimos comunicarnos y nos daba da fuera de servicio.
