If you have an additional car, street parking is available. Please note, street parking can be incredibly difficult, especially in the busier times of year. We recommend using Uber/Lyft/Taxis if possible if you have more than one vehicle. Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do have ceiling fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Mission Beach. Guests must climb stairs, as the unit is on the second floor. Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am daily We welcome one well-behaved furry companion to your stay with the additional pet fee of $100. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request that pet owners adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea treatments prior to arrival. 2. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. 3. Please clean up after your pet both inside the accommodation and in the surrounding neighborhood. 4. Pets should not be left unattended in the property 5. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay
