About this house rental

Nestled in the heart of Highland Park, just a half-mile north of York Blvd, lies our inviting open-plan sanctuary. This charming 1200 SF designer home exudes contemporary comfort in one of the city's trendiest neighborhoods. The space The main bedroom is large with crazy amounts of closet space. The view of the valley from the room is beautiful, so I suggest you leave the shades up at night. Don’t worry—no one can see in! If you use the ceiling fan, please don’t move the remote. It’s the only one we have and is difficult to replace without rewiring the fan. The bathtub has a high ledge—great for sitting on, but is a bit difficult to climb into, so be careful getting in and out. It’s a pretty dreamy bath experience, if you have the time. Oh and please squeegee the tub when you’re done showering or the water will go everywhere. We usually use the shower in the hallway bath for everyday use. The floors are heated in there, which makes it even cozier during the winter months. Yes—LA does get cold enough for heated floors. The kitchen is pretty user friendly. The Wolf range is very quiet, so make sure to double check you turn off the gas! The vent above the stove is awful, so don’t expect it to suck up any foul cooking snafus! Open the doors and windows!!! It’s the worst part about the kitchen. And—Please don’t use any abrasive cleansers or sponges. You’d be amazed how easily things get scratched. There is a stairwell that leads to the garage from the kitchen. To access the garage door, please use clicker mounted on the inside of the garage door above the washer/dryer. Parking: There is street parking in front of the house, which you can use any day outside of red flag days (which are almost never). The garage fits most cars. We haven’t had one that won’t fit yet, but you may find it easier to park on the street as the remote to the garage is mounted to the wall inside the garage. The washer/dryer is in the garage, so if you intend to do your laundry, it’s best to park outside. If you have a question (like how to use the bathtub or what’s fun to do in the area), please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help. :) Registration number HSR24-001188
