A great location

A truly wonderful stay that made our two days in Dubrovnik even more special.
The location is fantastic – just minutes from the beach, the Old Town and its city walls, the cable car to Srđ, and practically beneath Lovrijenac Fortress.
But what really made our stay exceptional was Mr. Vinko. His warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality were outstanding. We booked the apartment without breakfast, yet we arrived to a fridge full of thoughtful surprises: cold water, homemade walnut liqueur, milk, yoghurt, honey, jam, butter and even cold beer. Fresh fruit, different types of coffee, tea and everything needed to prepare them were also waiting for us.
Mr. Vinko welcomed us into a beautifully cool apartment despite the 40°C heat outside and gave us wonderful tips about Dubrovnik – from the best walking routes to great places to eat.
We were also told that we were the first Slovenian and Croatian guests to stay here, as most visitors are from abroad. So, especially to our fellow travellers from Croatia and Slovenia: come and experience this wonderful hospitality for yourselves!

The apartment is in an absolutely perfect location! You couldn’t ask for a better spot. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach and about 7 minutes to the Old Town. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it the perfect place to stay and explore the area.

A lovely apartment in the best position- minutes from Pile Gate, steps from a beautiful little swimming beach and shops and supermarkets nearby. A helpful host who has thought of absolutely everything a traveller may need. And a stocked fridge including beer, wine and water was a lovely surprise.
