子供と大人のエリアが区別されていて 落ち着ける
システムが進んでいて チェックインアウトがスムーズで ストレスがない
室内に乾燥機つき洗濯機が備えられていて 水着ほしに困らない
プールサイドの チェアーがもう少し ゆったりできる空間になると 更に快適になる(チェアーは足りているが 多くの人が半日から１日のんびりしているので良い場所はなかなか空かない)
食洗機 キッチンペーパーが備えられると良い

綺麗で、広々としていたところ。通常のアメニティだけではなく、食器類も充実していたこと。
内線はつけて欲しいです。あと、宿泊塔どおしは雨に濡れないようにして欲しいです。最後に、もう少し、お財布に優しければ最高です😆

部屋は綺麗だった。スタッフは素晴らしい方もいた。眺望は最高。夕食は素晴らしい。
１）TVは無くプロジェクターでネットTV対応。前の方のYoutubeのIDがそのまま残っていた。個人情報がだだ漏れ。これは絶対直したほうが良い。
２）冷蔵庫のちんすこうの賞味期限が切れていた
３）受付の若いスタッフの無駄話がロビー全体に響いていた
４）朝食時のスタッフ不足か、ビュッフェが無くなっても補充がされなかった
