พนักงานบริการดี พูดคุยยิ้มแย้ม ห้องพักสะอาด มีร้านกาแฟข้างล่าง รอบๆโรงแรมมีร้านค้าของกิน เดินทางสะดวก มีวิน มีแท็กซี่ บรรยากาศอบอุ่นไม่น่ากลัว ลงมานั่งอ่านหนังสือตรงล็อบบี้สะดวกมาก

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Koffie voucher van 100 baht was handig voor een goede kop koffie de volgende dag. Locatie wat ver uit de stad maar gekozen omdat het relatief dichtbij het vliegveld was.

i liked the staff, very friendly, sweet and tried their best to improve my situation. the lobby area with the coffee place is lovely and great to relax or work on your computer (wifi is good).
The noise from the elevator and its mechanism. all night long you will ear this elevator voice through the walls (i sleep with earplugs) and there is a mechanisms you can hear and feel in the walls that is constantly making noise and vibrations. I don't know why, but even when the elevator is not moving... i had 3 terrible nights. It's too bad because the rooms are pretty and should be comfortable. Please, solve this issue with the elevator.
