Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles war sauber und gemütlich, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Gastgeber, der unfassbar nett und freundlich war. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super unkompliziert.
Das Einzige, was etwas unpraktisch ist, ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist etwa 7–10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Unterkunft dafür sehr gut erreichbar. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

We used to live in the area and love it. The hosts were not only really friendly when arranging the check-in and other logistics, they even went above and beyond by organising a baby bed for our little one, which is normally not provided. Especially after a recent other experience, which was also in Munich and pretty much the opposite with a host throwing away our baby's matrasse, it was so nice to enjoy such lovely treatment. In addition, the appartment is very well equipped including a great cappuccino machine. Thanks for everything!

The location is very convenient, with the subway station just a 7-minute walk away and the city center about 20 minutes on foot. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, a big plus for the hotel.
Cleanliness was a definite concern—there were hairs on the bed sheets, and the floor hadn’t been properly vacuumed. The facilities felt quite outdated, and the room itself lacked proper decoration, giving an overall impression of neglect
